Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AppMivo, an AI-powered no-code app builder operated by Prime Web Consulting LLC. By accessing or using AppMivo, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account use

You may create an account to access AppMivo. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Provide accurate information when creating or updating your account and promptly update any changes.

• Use AppMivo for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
• Avoid attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or interfere with other users.
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not use AppMivo to create or distribute illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive content.
• You are responsible for the apps and content you create using the platform.

Subscriptions, monthly and yearly renewals

AppMivo offers subscription plans that may be billed on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Charges are billed to the payment method on file and you are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current.

If you upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans, your renewal date may adjust accordingly. We will provide notice of price changes where required by law.

Lifetime access

From time to time, AppMivo may offer lifetime access options. Such offers are subject to these Terms and may be limited by the scope of the offer. Lifetime access is not guaranteed to be perpetual and may be subject to suspension or termination for violations of these Terms. If you obtain lifetime access, you have ongoing access as described in the offer, subject to the same non-refund policy described below.

Cancellation and refunds

Because AppMivo provides instant digital access, payments are generally non-refundable once an account or access has been activated. If you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@appmivo.com so we can review your case. You may cancel your subscription to stop auto-renewal for future periods; however, no refunds will be provided for the current period after activation.

Acceptable use

You agree to use AppMivo in a manner that is lawful and consistent with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, actions that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service; attempts to gain unauthorized access; infringing on intellectual property rights; or creating or distributing illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content through the platform.

Intellectual property

AppMivo, its branding, website design, software, platform features, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Prime Web Consulting LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own content uploaded to or created through AppMivo, subject to third-party rights. No AppMivo branding, software, or proprietary content may be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.

AI-generated content

AppMivo uses AI to generate content, designs, code, and other outputs. You own your content and outputs created using the platform. While we strive to provide useful results, we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, suitability, or reliability of AI-generated content for every purpose. It is your responsibility to review, test, and verify all AI outputs before publishing or using them commercially. You may use AI-generated content only in ways that comply with these Terms and applicable law.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish via AppMivo. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable laws, rules, and third-party rights. You should regularly review your projects for accuracy and compliance before making them available to others or using them commercially.

Service availability

AppMivo is provided on an as is and as available basis. We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific results, revenue, or that AI outputs will always be accurate or suitable for every purpose. We may perform maintenance or updates which could temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppMivo and Prime Web Consulting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any applications or content you create with AppMivo before publishing or using them commercially. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AppMivo if you breach these Terms or as required by law. After termination, your access to the platform ends and you may lose the ability to retrieve your data. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with our data handling practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable laws provide otherwise.
